Canada does have a similar culture and similar laws, so Americans don’t have to worry about getting locked up for doing things they didn’t know were illegal. Also, the country is very stable and there really isn’t any fear of falling prey to a weak or corrupt government. Additionally, Americans can still get the cultural experience by visiting Montreal. The province of Montreal is predominantly French and most people speak French in this area. Also, the buildings are very different than in America and have a nice “European feel” to them.
