Europass Ticket

EuroPass? Low cost domestic Flight? Point to Point Ticket?
Hi All,
Currently I’m planning to travel around Europe for few month. Below is my itinerary(all the city below may rearrange), can anyone here suggest type of transport which is safe and convenience?
Amsterdam -> Prague -> Budapest -> Vienna -> Zürich -> Salz burg -> Geneva -> Milan -> Venice -> Florence -> Roma -> Athens -> Santorini -> Barcelona -> Paris -> Amsterdam.
Concern on Flight:
1) Delay flight, cancel flight.
Concern on Train:
1) Security issue
EuroPass Vs Point to Point
- Should i buy Euro Global + Czech Republic Or Point to Point? Which 1 cheaper?
Flight Vs Train
- How good the service for Vueling, Air Berlin airline? Will they always cancel flight or delay? or any other airline suggested? (Because i will reserve all my hotel room in advance)
- Is that safe to ride a night train? or which one should avoid?
(Amsterdam – Prague), (Prague – Budapest) (Geneva – Paris), (Paris – Barcelona), (Barcelona – Milan)
I live in Italy and travel frequently. I use the night trains frequently and have never had a problem. I do remember one train in the past year where someone in another compartment said something was missing in the morning. You should lock your compartment door during the night. You can always get a private compartment (at additional expense) if that makes you more comfortable. The night trains I most frequently use are from Venice to Zurich, Geneva and Nice, or Paris; from Verona to Rome or Naples, and from Bologna to Munich, and Barcelona.
You can plan the Italian part of your trip using the Italian train website: http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html. The trains are the best option for this part of your itinerary.
There are a lot of budget airlines flying in Europe. The flights are sometimes cheaper than the trains especially where the train trips cross an international border and last longer than 3 hours. I’ve most often used Transavia and have always had a good experience. Sterling and Air Berlin also both worked out well the times I have used them. You can identify the options between a given city pair here: http://www.whichbudget.com/. There are links to the airline websites to check specific schedules and prices.
